Arrive and breathe easy. Your journey to Oberlech is part of the experience. Whether you travel by car, train, or plane, the route leads you step by step into the tranquillity of the mountains, until only snow and joy remain.
IMPORTANT
Please let us know in advance how you’ll be travelling (car, taxi, shuttle bus, bus, etc.). We need this information to coordinate arrangements at the valley station of the Lech-Oberlech mountain cable car.
In winter, if you’re arriving by car, please first drive into the “Anger”underground car park.
For access, we require your number plate in advance – this is used for automatic number plate recognition.
From there, you will be guided underground directly to the valley station of the Lech-Oberlech cable car, where our colleagues will be waiting for you in the new arrival and departure area.
You can then park your car in the underground car park, in any available space, and enjoy your first, very special gondola ride up to us (journey time approx. two minutes). From the mountain station, it’s just a few steps to our hotel – either above or below ground. Your luggage will be waiting for you in your room.

The nearest railway stations are Langen am Arlberg and St. Anton am Arlberg. Both are located on the Westbahn railway line between Zurich and Vienna. From either station, you can reach Lech by bus or taxi in about 20 to 30 minutes.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck (1 hour 25 minutes), Altenrhein (1 hour 10 minutes), Friedrichshafen (1 hour 30 minutes), Zurich (2 hours), and Munich (3 hours). All offer excellent national and international flight connections.
We’re happy to arrange your transfer to Lech, either by Arlberg Express Bus directly to Lech or by taxi.
