Useful information before arrival
The Lech-Oberlech mountain cable car runs daily from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m., at least every 15 minutes. Your ski pass doubles as your ticket. Alternatively, you can purchase single journey tickets. Outside these operating hours, you can reach Oberlech at any time by taxi or local bus via the underground tunnel.
Your accommodation will be ready from 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we’ll do our best to prepare your room as soon as possible.
On your departure day, please vacate your room by 11 a.m. We’re happy to arrange a later check-out (subject to availability). If you wish to depart before 7 a.m., please let us know in advance.
- Breakfast buffet from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Lunch in the restaurant and on the sun terrace from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please book at reception.
- Half-board dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Our fitness area is open 24 hours. Children under 14 may only use the facilities when accompanied by an adult.
We are happy to reserve a covered parking space for you for €28.00 per day. Please let us know at the time of booking.
Dogs are also welcome. We are happy to accommodate your four-legged friend.
We charge €34.00 per night for dogs, not including pet food. Please don’t bring your dog into the restaurant (indoor area) or wellness area.
Kids are very welcome. Children two and under stay free of charge, while we offer discounted rates on extra beds for older children.
We provide highchairs, child-friendly meals, and all the little extras you might need: from hot water to bottle warmers to cots.
The local tax is €4.60 per person per night and is charged for guests aged 14 and above. It is not included in the booking price.

We’re happy to issue your ski passes directly at reception.
Free cancellation up to five months before arrival. From five months before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price. From one month before arrival, we charge 90% of the booking price. No-shows are charged the full booking price.
All other cancellation terms follow the standard terms and conditions for the Austrian hotel industry (AGBH).
